Ikon homes is the building arm of Murdoch Investments formed in 2006 by its present chairman Raymond Murdoch who for thirty years has been involved in maintenance repairs for councils and housing associations.
We decided that a natural progression for the group was to build properties. The company in its first year will have built 28 units. For 2008 plans are well under way to build 92 units and 5000 sq ft of office space.
With todays buyers increasingly expecting value added services IKON HOMES will be providing estate managment services to all its developments Buyers will also be able to take advantage of the building maintenance services the group provides.
